Arpita Chatterjee is a seasoned finance and business executive with over twenty years of experience. She has held global leadership roles in Finance, IT and HR functions across multiple industries including pharma and high tech covering all facets of finance including fund raising, M&A, top line and profitability enhancement initiatives, statutory reporting, cash flow, planning & analysis, costing, risk assessment, controls, compliance, budgets, projections and strategy.

Currently Arpita is the CFO for Starfish Medical and prior to her most recent role, Arpita was the Finance leader for Jubilant Draximage. She led the specialty pharma company during a period of rapid growth and change involving innovation and expansion, both organic and inorganic. Her strengths include setting up strategic road maps for sustainable growth and excellence in operational execution. An ardent traveler with a passion for Astronomy, Arpita is a CPA in Canada and a CA in India.

Arpita strongly believes that leaving a positive social footprint is really important, especially during these challenging times and that all of us can contribute in our own way to make the world a more pleasant place for all. She has served as a Board member of ‘Freedom from Poverty Foundation’ in the past and hopes to make an impactful contribution to RFR’s mission of serving the community. Arpita lives in Montreal with her husband and two daughters.
