Erin Hellier
Erin experienced emotional, psychological, mental, financial, sexual, and physical abuse in her marriage. She left with nothing: not even her son. Years later, she got her son back and started therapy. She is now on her way to becoming a Trauma Responsive Mind Body Wellness And SEL Somatic Teacher to help others to begin to heal.
Erin and her son live in Peterborough, Ontario where Erin works as a receptionist for a dental office.
