Having working as an Human Resource Operations Assistant at Durham College for over two years, Maxwell has honed his skills in various facets of HR operations, demonstrating his commitment to fostering efficient and effective workplace practices. His dedication to the field extends beyond his role, as he actively contributes to shaping the future of HR education and practice.

Maxwell's involvement as a committee member on the Human Resources Program Advisory Committee underscores his desire to stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. As the President of the Durham College Human Resources Association and the student Director of the Faculty of Business, Maxwell leverages his leadership skills to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment for his peers.

Driven by a desire to continuously expand his knowledge and skill set, Maxwell is set to pursue a Degree in Human Resource Management, further solidifying his expertise in the field. His keen interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) fuels his ambition to make meaningful contributions to the HR landscape.
